How do I return my order?

At Brushology, we take hygiene and product safety very seriously.Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or faulty. If this is the case, please contact our customer care team at info@brushology.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.Once reviewed, our team will arrange a suitable resolution for you as quickly as possible.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged. However, all orders over $100 will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.We offer both standard and express shipping options across Australia and internationally. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Can I still change my order?

We begin processing orders very quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so changes may not always be possible once your order has been placed. If you need to update your delivery details or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brushology.com.au and we will do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
