Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Brushology offers digital gift cards that make gifting effortless.
Our e-gift cards are delivered instantly by email and can be used on any Brushology product. Visit the Gift Card product page for full details on purchasing, redeeming, and managing your card through Shopify.
What shipping options does Brushology offer?
We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally so no matter where you are, we’ve got you covered.
Domestic (Australia):
- Shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post
- Estimated delivery time: 7 – 14 business days
- Signature not required. All domestic orders are sent “Authority to Leave”, so if the courier can safely leave the package, you don’t need to be home.
International:
- Shipped via Australia Post International (Standard)
- Estimated delivery time: 15 – 25 business days
- Some remote locations or countries may not be supported. If your destination is excluded by our shipping partners, we’ll contact you to explore alternatives.
- Important: Once your parcel leaves Australia, it’s handed over to the local postal service in the destination country. To check exactly which carrier will deliver in your country, you may refer to the Australia Post International Post Guide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and confirm all orders within 3 business days. Once processed, orders are dispatched the next business day, and you’ll receive a tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Australian Domestic Orders: 7–14 business days via Australia Post.
• International Orders: 15–25 business days via Australia Post International.
Please note that external factors like disruptions, natural disasters, or civil unrest may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.
How can I track my order?

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Brushology is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or local taxes incurred for international shipments. These charges are determined by your country and may be necessary to release your order. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s regulations.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
We process orders quickly, so once your tracking link is issued, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Occasionally, delays may occur due to external factors. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend: 1. Contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number for the latest updates. 2. Reaching out to us if you need further assistance.
What if I believe my parcel is lost?
First, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates. If they confirm the parcel is lost, reach out to us at info@brushology.com.au, and we’ll assist further.
What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available. If you’d prefer a split shipment, please contact us - additional shipping fees may apply.
