Shipping Policy

We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally so no matter where you are, we’ve got you covered.

Domestic (Australia):

• Shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post
• Estimated delivery time: 7 – 14 business days
• Signature not required. All domestic orders are sent “Authority to Leave”, so if the courier can safely leave the package, you don’t need to be home.

International:

• Shipped via Australia Post International (Standard)
• Estimated delivery time: 15 – 25 business days
• Some remote locations or countries may not be supported. If your destination is excluded by our shipping partners, we’ll contact you to explore alternatives.
• Important: Once your parcel leaves Australia, it’s handed over to the local postal service in the destination country. To check exactly which carrier will deliver in your country, you may refer to the Australia Post International Post Guide.
