Please choose carefully when placing your order. Brushology does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection.

For hygiene reasons, hairbrushes and hair tools that have been opened, used or tried on the hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’re unsure which hairbrush is right for you, we recommend completing our Hair Quiz before purchasing. If you need further assistance, please contact us via our website chat before placing your order and our team will be happy to help you choose the most suitable product.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brushology.com.au with your order details and information about the issue so our team can assess it.

Where a product needs to be returned for assessment, it must be sent back in the condition requested by our team, along with your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Customers may be required to cover the cost of returning an item to Brushology HQ for assessment. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. This does not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty.

Refunds

If a refund has been approved following assessment, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact info@brushology.com.au.
