Is the Premium Boar Bristle Hairbrush suitable for all hair types?
Yes! It’s ideal for all hair types — fine, medium, thick, curly, or straight. The dual-bristle design gives shine and smoothness (thanks to the boar) while the nylon helps with detangling and handling thicker or more textured hair without pulling.
Can I use the Premium Boar Bristle Hairbrush on wet hair?
Yes — this brush can be used on wet hair, although it performs best on dry hair. On dry strands, the boar bristles are more effective at distributing natural oils and enhancing shine. For dedicated wet detangling, you may prefer one of our brushes designed especially for that use (e.g. Paddle Brush).
How do I care for and clean the Premium Boar Bristle Hairbrush?
Remove any loose hair from the bristles after each use. To clean, gently wash the bristles with mild soap and lukewarm water, avoiding soaking the brush base. Allow the brush to air dry with the bristles facing down. For deeper maintenance, you can use our Brushology Brush Cleaner, available separately, to keep your brush fresh and performing well.
